GGC365 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

All deposits must come from an account registered in the same member's name. GGC365 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an unrecognised source, GGC365 reserves the right to freeze the account and return the amount in question once the investigation is complete.

• One account, one device, one IP address, and one payment method are considered one member for bonus claim purposes.

All bets placed on GGC365 — whether on sports (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton), Live Casino, baccarat, lottery, virtual sports, or e-sports — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified, except under specific circumstances as determined by GGC365.
• GGC365 reserves the right to void bets where there is a technical error in the odds or match information.
• The final result of any match or game is conclusive and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error on GGC365's part.
• For casino games, outcomes generated by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GGC365 platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances without compensation:

• The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to automate betting.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or software bugs for unauthorised gain.
• Systematic odds arbitrage (arbing) that is detrimental to GGC365.
• Opening multiple accounts to obtain more than one welcome bonus.
• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the GGC365 platform.
• Sharing or selling your GGC365 account to a third party.
• Interfering with or attempting to breach GGC365's security systems.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes.

You may close your GGC365 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all active turnover requirements must be met, and any eligible balance will be returned to you.

GGC365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any of the Terms set out in this document.

• You registered using false information or another person's identity.
